deborah 2017Through her company, Millar, McGrath and Associates, Deborah offers customized training in Business Etiquette, International Protocol, Dining Skills and Social Engagement Skills to corporations and individuals in Ontario. Thanks due to, in part, technology and schedules Deborah believes we have forgotten the integral value of Social Engagement Skills. They are relevant, real, and serve as constant reminders of our need to exercise face-to-face (F2F) skills - engaging another human being in a meaningful dialogue - and being good at it.

Deborah offers her clients a new form of intelligence: Etiquette and Protocol Intelligence

Expanding services to include an innovative new training program entitled Bereavement Protocol in the Workplace©; working on “P.E.A.R.L.S.” - Protocol and Etiquette for Real Life Situations© - a comprehensive manners guide for academic, business and social arenas, and offering new training programs for Young Adults(YA) and Children, are upcoming business goals. An active member of Toastmasters International and a speaker, facilitator and participant in other entrepreneurial groups in Ontario, Deborah served three years on the Hospice Simcoe Board of Directors, and continues to volunteer with Hospice and the Alzheimer Society.  She lives in Innisfil, Ontario with her husband, Tim, and her ‘fur kid’ - retired racing greyhound, Storm.
